Close to JR Sapporo Station, friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Super convenient location, beautiful window view, super comfy bed, elegant interior & good quality breakfast

Bathtub is a bit small; had to do self-check in despite the room price

My family booked a triple sharing room and there was ample space - we even had a little living area which was great for us to eat our packed meals. My family also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Despite the queue, the staff made sure to clear the tables as quickly as possible so that we could be seated. The buffet breakfast items were regularly refilled, especially the seafood for guests to make their own seafood bowl. The location of the hotel is great too! We were not too far away from JR Sapporo Station and not too near so that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Special shoutout to staff member Kim or Lim (we cannot recall now), who helped us call the cab to the airport on the morning of our departure from Sapporo to New Chitose Airport. He was so polite and informative! Our family enjoyed the public bath and facilities too. It was relaxing to be able to take a soak each night after walking and exploring Sapporo area. Thank you to the staff at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo for giving us a wonderful time!

The design was beautiful and very calming. The rooms were well appointed and big enough. The onsen was amazing.

Beautiful and centrally situated. All within walking distance of shopping, eateries, public transport and personal essentials. Great place to start your Sapporo journey. Breakfast buffet was great way to begin the day. Taxi service so easy and accessible.

Beautiful, clean and modern property just a few blocks from Sapporo Station

The room and bathroom are both clean and comfortable, and rather spacious for a Japanese room. Best of all it's a short walk to the JR station! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is really smooth for English speakers.The hotel interior is really modern and pretty too.

Location was excellent - 10 mins walk fromSapporo station - towards west gate and south exit - accessible for luaggage movement. Breakfast was a comprehensive and delicious Japanese and International selections - we enjoyed fresh seafood like scallops etc and freshly made french toast.Hot bath and coin operated washers/dryers - good additions

The mattress was a bit lumpy.

Good location near Sapporo Station. Large room for three people and living room with storage for luggage.

Location is very good, room dark, no view at all, personel just ok. No parking available at the time I have arrived, needed to park around 200m from the hotel.

Hugh quality hotel with very nice rooms, and facilities and in particular the public baths (seperate men and women baths) are very luxurious.

Rooms a bit small

The location is good. You can walk to the station and shopping mall easily from the hotel . You can park a car at the hotel where parking fees are charged. The room is new and clean. The breakfast is o.k but not much choices .

Close to the Sapporo station and airport shuttle buses. The breakfast was also amazing and had a good variety. We had a corner room so room was large and spacious.

Good location, near to the Sapporo JR Station and Stellar Place/Daimaru, convenient for shopping. Also within walking distance to Odori Park for the Snow Festival. Very new hotel with nice modern decor and nice smell. Onsen is very nice after cold days seeing the Snow Festival. Buffet breakfast is one of the best I've come across - huge selections and all very fresh and high quality, very well organised despite the number of guests during this busy period. Concierge is very helpful in arranging for transport.

Bed is hard and pillows are not very comfortable. Costly during the Snow Festival

Great location that was an easy walk from Sapporo station and close to most sightseeing locations within the city. Loved the hot spring baths.

The door was locked at midnight and we didn't arrive until 12:30 am, and it wasn't easy to read the Engligh instructions as to how to talk to the staff to open the door.

Good location, helpful staff and good amenities

I would like to recognize Mr. Ito Front/overnight in his help in setting up a meeting in Yokohama using his english & japanese skills. He consistently checked with my wife to the accuracy of the details of the dinner meeting.I would also like to commend Ms. Nomura Front/day for her pleasant assistance in helping me to ship out a parcel. My friend received the box within two days.The rooms were consistent with a mid-level Japanese hotel with adequate space & well-thought out placement.

The Solaria was a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Sapporo, right near Sapporo Station. We stayed for three nights for the Sapporo Snow Festival so it was a very busy time at the hotel but everything was still beautifully managed. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. The rooms and all aspects of the hotel were super clean and very comfortable. The public bath (for hotel guests) was lovely and included an outdoor bath as well. The room was comfortably sized and very reasonably priced, particularly for this very busy time. We also had a beautiful view across to the park with the old Government Building. Highly recommended.
